Our Mission
Xpression for Connections, Inc. is a non-profit, faith-based organization with the goal of building character and social skills in youth while developing relationships. Our mission is to reconnect our youth back to their family, peers, schools, and community by teaching them how to overcome adverse circumstances. We also teach the Arts as a means of helping our youth discover and expand their gifts and talents.
Enhancing Talents and Gifts
WE BELIEVE using theatre arts, dance and music to help students discover and enhance their hidden talents, will improve their self-confidence, reading and communication skills.
Providing Tools for Life
WE HELP youth acquire and apply the social emotional skills necessary to relate to others and self that are needed to navigate relationships, behavior and decision making with confidence.
Overcoming Obstacles
WE PROVIDE tools to assist students in learning how to view obstacles as opportunities to grow and apply life skills to what they are learning and/or present challenges.
Conquering Bullying
WE PROVIDE an environment that is safe, where students can feel accepted, learn to be proactive and confident while building positive and respectful relationships.
